powerSelfTalk

With egoTalk  i  mean the conversation that we usually do from head, which has nothing to do with warmth of our heart.egoTalk is normally informative. This is normally helpful to live with the outside world and to choose alternate options.

On the other side, emoTalk  means the conversation that conveys the warmth of our heart.emoTalk conveys our inner feelings withwords as accuratly as possible, those words tries to express our inner feelings as closely as nearly  as possible .These creates a different  environment when conversed with someone.emoTalk nurtures our inner friendliness with which  we can know ourself better. From my perspective ego is our information center and emo is our emotional center. Walking through life needs waking  through both the centers.

So  can we be awake to our self-talks and notice them as egoTalk or emoTalk ?.

  1. Whether heart-driven or brain-driven, we are always an amalgam of the both…. Neither does one precede the other nor can any of them be ignored…. I guess that’s what we call the balance of nature….

Is the piece of writing a brain-child, or a heart-child?

  2. This piece of writing is to bring awareness on the self talk that goes around inside our head.Whether I am deciding for a certain reason or to experience a certain feeling.
